About Nordkapp

Nordkapp was founded in 2007 with the ambition of creating the best possible workplace for people working on meaningful, relevant and challenging projects. That ambition still guides us today.

We are a collective of around 20 people with backgrounds in strategy, business, design, technology and client work. We value curiosity over repetition, quality over quantity, and honest collaboration with each other and our clients. Our work often sits at the intersection of business, services, products, data and customer experience.

We are now building a pool of contractors to work with us on selected client projects. Right now, we are especially interested in hearing from people with experience in roles such as:

• Business Consultant

• Strategic Consultant

• Data Designer / Analyst

• Service Designer

• UX Designer

• Project Coordinator

The titles are flexible. What matters most is your experience, your way of working, and your ability to help teams and clients move complex things forward.

What does working as a contractor with Nordkapp look like?

We work with contractors when a project needs additional expertise, capacity or a specific perspective. Assignments vary depending on the client, team and challenge, but the work is typically collaborative, hands-on and close to the client.

You can expect to:

• Work in small teams with experienced people from different disciplines

• Collaborate directly with clients and project teams

• Help frame problems, clarify priorities and move work forward

• Bring your own expertise while adapting to the needs of the project

• Contribute to work that may involve strategy, research, service development, UX, data, coordination or implementation support

• Join projects where trust, clarity and good communication matter
